grrrrrrrrrrrrr

1) i can't STAND when people are jerks for no reason.

2) to twitter, or not to twitter? i can't decide. i have been anti twitter and twilight for awhile (i'll never give into twilight) but maybe i should give twitter a break..?

3) ALL OF MY TEAMS ARE LETTING ME DOWN :(

4) i think i'm allergic to running. usually i run a good 4 days out of the week, and after i get to about the 1.5 mile mark my stomach starts to really hurt... maybe i have a condition.

5) random text this morning from a guy a went on a date with in like march. whats up with that.

6) i hate jerks. but i met some nice people today and had fun at stacy's and i got to see kathleen!! yay.

thats it.

hoping that i don't go insane with people getting engaged all around me. and i need a job. i really, really, need a job.

tomorrow i'll probably go hangout at Stacy's house and watch the uga game. i think it'll be fun even though we'll probably lose and i'll be the only dawg fan there lol. apparently all guys, and me and stacy will make up the audience... i don't hate it. the braves game last night was a let down... and so are some people. and i'm not talking about brian mccann and chipper jones. i'm not sure whats going on. and i dont care anymore.

anyways......................................... catching up on the shows i missed last night. just project runway is left on the list now :) comes on at 8!

comments

so i thought i had a creeper, or a cool new fan (either way) of my blog anonymously commenting on my posts. turns out it was just ailya. lol. DANG IT. i guess she's cool. whatever

today was a pretty good day. went and ran even though i slept horribly last night. then went to Dana's house to see her cute little nephew Logan! he's so sweet and precious. now, yall know i rarely cry, unless its something significant.. but something really weird happened when i was watching Logan.. my eyes started like getting stingy and wet and i realized, umm i'm like about to cry over what? idk. but i know that baby came close to making me cry. what is happening to me.

well anyways after that mom and i went to meet julie in decatur for lunch. it was fun! except julie had a horrible time trying to get there, but alas she finally made it. i ate delicious gnocchi and enjoyed the wonderful weather with the fam.. can't beat it.

then jenna got home FINALLY for her visit back from LA. and we went out to eat with her family. it was so much fun lol her brothers crack me up. and jenna is so El Lay now, eh hmm YOU THINK YOU'RE A CELEB NOW. jk. i love you jha!

well that's it. Braves lost, ruining my life. i'm still going to the game tomorrow. keep the hope alive. its... possible. the Rockies have to all catch the swine flu and the braves have to stop sucking. we can do this boys.

sleep, come quick

it's really quite amazing how when you can't sleep, your mind just goes off on a rampage of ideas you tell yourself to remember the next day, and brings up memories you hadn't thought of in a long time. things that you don't really want to think about because they make you sad, or moments that you wish you could go back and if you think about them hard enough maybe you'll recall a little detail more than before. sometimes i want to block out memories that are really good, because i'm scared if i think about them too much, i'll realize that i don't remember all the pieces and then that's how it will stay in my mind forever... a mixed jumble of sequences that don't run together correctly. and if i just leave them untouched, they'll remain perfectly intact.

when i think about grandaddy, or mcrae i get sad. i don't remember enough of it to carry me through the rest of my life i don't think. i think you only get a certain amount of space for memories. and each time you make a new, really great one, one of the smaller, older ones get pushed and pushed out until you don't even realize you left it behind. i don't want to forget. i'm scared. my family has a history of Alzheimer's... what if i get it too? i don't want to think about that but i can't help it. i just want to sleep. i don't want to think about these things. but sometimes, every so often i have one of these nights.. where i toss and turn, worrying about how i worry, and reminding myself that i don't remember.

i hate nights like these. i don't like being sad. i don't like feeling neurotic. maybe i shouldn't say all these things, people will think i'm psychotic. i'm not... i'm just sooo tired!!!

you know i love a blue sky

could it be anymore beautiful outside? no. and do we deserve this after days after days of the most depressing weather in history? i'd say so. my run this morning was fabulous. i mean, as far as runs go.. they can't really be fun if you ask me. sweating and gasping for air while avoiding dog poo aren't among my list of delights.. but not ending up on the Biggest Loser is. so, i'll don my hot Mizuno sneaks and baby ipod and hit the trail. today i got about 2 miles in without feeling like i'd die. yeah, progress (i'm not a runner, don't make fun lol).

ailya told me that reading my blog is like one of the best things that ever happened to her. not exactly in those words, but i realize her heart and soul needs better than her. and this is it. i'm like a doctor of words. you're welcome, everyone.

speaking of blogs, jenna hasn't written in hers in like over a week. wtf? we started this together. and i mean obviously i'm obsessed with mine, but she could pump up the commitment a little. it's not hard to ramble on about nothing and make a few snarky comments here and there. whatev. i pick her up from the airport tomorrow, she's home from LA for almost a week!!! so put THAT in your blog JENNA! hanging out with me should be the highlight of your blog's history!!

anyways, last night i went to a cute little concert with katey, it was fun. and yesterday i had a job interview for a real estate company, nothing to do with art, but i wouldn't hate a pay check. its forever away, like marietta, but it doesn't seem like challenging work and its like 17/hr plus benefits. holla at a job with a sweet view of downtown atl and health insurance. maybe i'll get it, maybe i won't. i've learned not to take it too personally. in the eloquent words of Chumbawamba, "i get knocked down, but i get up again, you aint neva gonna keep me down."

football duh

watching football allll day with julie and tigs, just lazing around. not much else to do, its raining, terrential downpour, again. good thing our basement will probly flood again, because i never want to be rid of the fresh mildew smell. its delicious, for the nose.. noooot.

well t-minus 13 minutes til the UGA game. we best be winning because arizona isn't even ranked!

i finished the Dan Brown book "the lost symbol" last night, it was like an explosion of insanity.. in a good way. i liked it. his books always boggle my brain... and i learn a bunch of new words lol. i love new vocabulary!

well atleast i got my run in this morning before the monsoon trotted itself back into my life. get outta here rain, you aren't welcome and you make me pissed off. plus mom's sick, so its just not good for moral.

okay well its almost game time. this blog post was stupid. lol

ingie

ingrid michaelson concert was fabulous. on a coldplay concert scale (meaning, the coldplay concert last year was a 10) this was about a 7. not bad for 14 bucks! i barely made it there in LESS than an hour-- haha, i bet someone i could, i succeeded... sortof. there was so much road work and stuff from the flood, that i freaked and thought i'd miss Ingie!

but fortunately i made it in time, with like 20 min to spare. i love ingrid ellen michaelson. she is so cute, not in a lesbo way. just in a "oh you're really a cool girl we could be friends except you're almost 30 but thats okay because you're so awesome and a great singer" kind of way. you know? my friend kika was at the concert too, long story short she wanted to get her the Lost DVD because she requested someone bring it for the band, but Walmart was out of it, so she just settled for hanging out with Ingie and the band in their van for a few hours.. hey, awesome.

i drove back this morning, and i hung out with fleka at target and stuff. yay! i'm more than half way through my Dan Brown book, which is soooo good. and oh, i have a job interview on Monday. and now i'm about to leave and eat chickfila with katy and fleka, and then play tennis with them. so, pretty good day. :)

AND the office comes on tonight!
