it's been forever i know

i never write in this thing because i guess i just don't have that much time anymore. It's unbelievable how much things can change in a year, i won't get into that though. anyways, I have a few big things that are going to change in the next few weeks. I got a new job.. my friend Rebekah's old job, at our corporate office. She decided to move downstairs and do accounting. So i'm taking her receptionist job. It's not that much of an upgrade, but it's a better schedule (M-F 9-5) so i don't have to work on the weekends much longer!! I say that because I'm still technically employed at the Georgian Club until they find my replacement. I have to work them both right now. Yes, I suppose it's "good" money, and yes, it sucks working that much. The new job is just as boring but in different ways. I'm hoping to get out very soon and do membership at our country club.. just waiting for everything to fall into place. sighh... patience. when and how can i get some of that?

aaaand the bigger news is, i'm moving out of Lilburn, to a deluxe apartment in the sky.... or Atlanta. yay! it's going to be a big adjustment, leaving mom. I'm sad. But i'm moving into a 3 bed, 2 bathroom apt in North Druid Hills with Amanda and Helen. It's the same complex Dana lives in, which is great!! And Emily will be right down the road, as well as her family's chickfila :) I used to work there.. how weird is that. Anyways, it's a reaaaally cute place, it even has a little fire place, and a huge porch! i want to get a hammock. no bed, no furniture, just a hammock and a book and a margarita on my porch. mmmm...

okay okay I'll stop drooling over what can't happen (because i have to majorly WORK to pay for this place) and get back to editing all these pictures i took last weekend for a wedding reception. I have about 5% done lol. No motivation. none. Summertime blues?
Is that a real thing? Oh, well that's what it is. Summertime blues. Shutup.
